The crops are changing everyday under tough dry conditions. 17 mm of rain last week and cooler temps helped – this being the only useful rainfall since 16mm on 2nd June (over 3 months). 30 to 50mm would be nice to finish the wheat, barley and peas. The beans and canola are winding down to harvest over the next month.

Raining in Adelaide, let`s hope it spreads north. Global warming is having a dramatic effect on our fragile wheat belt.
