Another 30mm of rain last week has made a big difference to our season. It is a real boost to flowering crops like wheat and chickpeas. Andy and Lizzy in some early wheat below.
Some late barley is coming out in head. The rain has been a big help for this crop.
The early chickpeas rows are filling in. Flowering continues and lots of early pod development.
