Q.How many meters is the boom. Is the JCB on 3 meters centers. How fast do you spray at and how much chemical does it hold.
A.Thanks for your questions Neil. The Hayes boom is 24 metres wide with a 1500 litre tank on the JCB with 3metre centers. 15 - 16 km/hr is about the top speed while still maintaining your accuracy. Its been six months now since the rig arrived and its proven itself over and over with chemical savings of up to 80-90% for most fallow spraying. Cheers, David
