Preparing for big water

After big rains last week, we knew we were dealing with a flood like no other seen before,  so we set about building up the enterance to the grainshed to protect 2000 tons of chickpeas.  Concrete bunker walls were used with plastic and light gravel.
Fortunately the makeshift wall was not needed with the shed floor about 40-50cms above the peak. Pictured is Will Ricardo.
