The fababeans are being cut in 12metre swaths and will dry down over the next few weeks depending on the weather. 6mm rain overnight has slowed us down today. Losses from swathing are minimal,but the crop conditions are not ideal. Many low pods, only 10cm off the ground make it a slow steady job and a sign of a difficult growing season.
