Grain testing has been an important part of the harvest this season. We have running samples on every load of grain for every silo or bunker on farm. The Infratec Sofia portable protein meter has been very easy to use. Half the time it was set up on the back of the ute at the bunker and the other half at the shed. Its been a good exercise to measure what is in store.
