The weather has continued dry, but the cotton has finished well with help from moisture deep in the profile. We’ve been waiting for late bolls in the crop to fill and mature. The majority of the cotton has seen its first defoliation this week. A smaller area had its first spray two weeks ago and has since had a second. This means we could start picking in about a week.
