After rubbing out a handful of dry pods, these Cairo Fababeans look good. Just a touch on the green side, still the majority were hard to crunch between the teeth. They will dry down properly over the next few weeks and may darken alittle in colour. The pic below shows how the pods turn black and all moisture disappears leaving a brittle dry shell to harvest.
